Promotions
The following individuals have been promoted:

• Alicia Ball is now an Employee Benefits Advisor
• Erica Robison, ALMI is now the Business Operations Administrator

Achievements
The following individual has attained a noteworthy achievement:

• Julie Drummond, GBA, RPA, CEBS – Employee Benefits Relationship & Retention Specialist, has completed the requirements and earned the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
