Integrity Always

Without INTEGRITY, the other core values mean nothing.

 Each day while sitting in our "gym", whether for coffee or lunch, we are reminded of the Rose Street Advisors' Core Values. In my opinion, Integrity is the pinnacle with all other core values falling into place. As a representative of Rose Street Advisors, our behavior and actions are intimately connected to the Firm's performance and reputation. Having integrity means that you live in accordance to your deepest values, you are honest with everyone, and you always keep your word.

Integrity begins with our individual choices to always act in accordance with strong moral principals, no matter the situation. We must act with integrity in all aspects of our relationships, both business and personal. For example, have you ever had a cashier give you too much change? What did you do? A couple phrases that best articulate the meaning or integrity to me include the following:

      It's what you do when no one is looking

      Behave ethically and do the right thing, even behind closed doors

Each day we are reminded the importance of integrity when offering recommendation to our clients and being upfront and transparent of why the recommendations are in their best interest in accomplishing their goals.

We live with the belief of what we do and how we do it, matters! There is no compromise, we get one chance with integrity and there are no do overs as shared by a colleague.
